Mission Statement

With 1 in 50 children now being diagnosed with autism, support for autistic children is at an all-time low. Waiting lists are huge and priority given to those in dire need. Parents often seek a private diagnosis for their child, but what then? Where do you turn for support and advice, a guiding hand to help you navigate your way through “the system”. As a mother of children with autism spectrum disorder Frances offers both a personal and professional insight into your child’s unique condition.

From consultation to advice on forms and education plans, or just simple advice on how to help support your child throughout the day, we are here to help.

Frances has experience of Sensory Processing Disorder, Lamh, Picture Exchange Communication Systems (PECS), Hannen Programmes, MAPA (managing actual and potential aggression), Positive Behaviour Supports, Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), ElkLan to name but a few!

AchievAbility offers support & advice for parents, families, children and young people affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders. Advice is available for parents of newly diagnosed children, children transitioning or just general advice on day to day issues.
