The Referral Process

So what do I need to do?

Contact Frances by email, phone or post to request a referral form. frances@connectability.ie, 083 325 9333.

Complete the form and return it , Frances will then get in touch to have a meeting, where she will listen to what you have to say.

During the meeting we will make a plan, this may be with parents alone or with the child or both! It depends on what advice you need.

You will have some work to do between sessions.

We will meet regularly until you meet your goals.
